The Bothnian Bay
The Bothnian Bay
Image by welou On my morning jog I headed towards the ocean. I've lived by the ocean my whole life and while it doesn't hold a specific significance to me I think it would feel weird to live landlocked. It was a cloudy morning and the light waves and peaceful clouds made for quite a serene scene. On another note, this might be my most processed iPhone photo, it went through the Photoshop app for it wasn't quite straight, CrossProcess app for the color manipulation, Camera+ for cropping into a square and Vignettr for some added vignetting. And I suppose flickr compresses the image once more. I was interested to see what all this does for the image quality. Turns out, not much. There are slightly more compression artifacts than there are in the original image, but then again the original itself wasn't of such high quality either.
